Return and Refund Policy

At Miali Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: You may return an item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return Process: To start a return, please contact us at support@mialiart.com or via WhatsApp. You will need to send the product back to the address we provide. Once the return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
    For customer-initiated returns, a $50 contribution toward the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. This fee does not apply if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item.
    Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@mialiart.com or via WhatsApp.
    To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of the item, its original packaging, and any visible damage.

Exclusions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.

If you are unsure about the returnability of an item, please contact us before initiating the return.

Exchanges
To ensure you receive the right item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the item you would like instead once your return has been accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
