Due to the handcrafted nature, size, and weight of some of our products, we use carefully selected packaging and shipping methods to ensure every order arrives safely and securely. The delivery process is handled with utmost care to ensure the safe arrival of your product.

Handling Time
In-stock orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5–8 business days.

Pre-order items require additional production time. If you purchase a pre-order item, production and handling may take up to 60 days, as indicated on the product page. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped.

Shipping and Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
