Shipping policy

At Miali Art, we take great care in ensuring that each handcrafted product reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the unique nature of our pieces, which can be heavy and require special packaging, shipping costs to the United States may vary. The delivery process is handled with utmost care to ensure the safe arrival of your product.

Handling Time
We have 3 and 5 working days handling time before our products are shipped out. Our team tries it's best to ship out your purchases within 24 hours or next day. If the purchase falls on a Saturday after 11am, we will most likely ship the product out on Monday.

Shipping and Delivery Time
Our products are usually shipped out within 24-48 hours. Delivery to the U.S. typically takes 10-20 business days, depending on the size and weight of the items. Please note, we do not control the delivery timeframe once the package is with our shipping partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). Any delays caused by these services are beyond our control. Shipping Costs
Due to the handmade nature of our products, some items may be heavy, which could result in higher shipping costs to ensure the products are delivered securely.

Our Return Policy
If you still need to return a product we understand, here are the details:

You can return the backdrops up to 7 days from the date of purchase.

You are responsible for the return shipping fees.

A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the order

Please fill out the tracking form below for a guaranteed return. We need the tracking number to process the return.

Products must be in new and unused condition.

Products with a Custom Logo are not returnable.

You will receive a full product refund, not including shipping. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the product.

Any shipping problems—for example, missing or incorrect items—must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your package.
